Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

You may not use our services for any illegal activities, market manipulation, money laundering, or any other activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

All content, software, algorithms, and materials provided by CryptoChain AI are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology without express written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoChain AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect our platform, users, or comply with legal requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
